租車條款與細則 Terms & Conditions
駕駛者條件/ Conditions of Driver
駕駛者年齡必須為25歲或以上，並持有效駕駛執照達2年或以上。辦理取車手續時須出示有效的身份證明文件及駕駛執照。
Driver must be aged 25 or above with valid driving license for at least 2 years. A valid HKID Card / Certificate of identity and driving license must be presented during vehicle collection.
保險/ Insurance
所有出租車輛均已購買保險。如出租車輛發生意外，引致任何損毀或被盜竊，租用者須負責賠償，詳情請向錦龍汽車集團有限公司查詢。
All cars are covered by insurance. In case of accident, damage or theft, the hirer is liable for the corresponding insurance excess, please contact Kam Lung Motor Group Ltd for details .
汽油/ Fuel
租金不包括汽油。車輛於出租時已入滿汽油，租用者於交車時必須將油缸入滿。如要本公司代入汽油，須支付入油費用及港幣200元手續費。
All cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same. A surcharge of HK$200, plus fuel cost will be imposed on hirer for refueling by Kam Lung Motor Group.
取車時所需文件/ Documents required upon car pick-up
個人名義租車: 租用人身份證、3個月內住址証明、登記駕駛者身份證及駕駛執照副本。
Personal rental: Copy of a valid HKID Card / Certificate of identity of the applicant, a valid proof of address (within the last three months from the application date), driver’s HKID Card / Certificate of identity and a valid driving license.
公司名義租車: 商業登記證、公司註冊證書、3個月內地址証明、登記駕駛者身份證及駕駛執照副本。
Corporate rental: Copy of Business registration certificate, certificate of incorporation, a valid proof of address (within the last three months from the application date), driver’s HKID Card / Certificate of identity and a valid driving license.
延續租用期/ Extension of rental period
延期交車必須事先獲得本公司同意。
Extension for rental period is permitted only by prior agreement.
